What You Bring to the Team

• 2+ years of retail leadership or management experience, preferably in a specialty or lifestyle retail environment.

• Strong operational and financial acumen, including scheduling, payroll management, and sales performance.

• A passion for sports, culture, and delivering authentic brand experiences.

• The ability to lead diverse teams with confidence, humility, and accountability.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the grit to thrive in a fast moving retail environment.

Where You’ll Work & What’s Required

• Based in a Flagship store environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
