Role Overview

Lead Fulfillment Ops will work as an Athlete advocate responsible for engaging internal Athletes in support of department operations. Team Leads will perform system and manual task, identify and resolve barriers for Athletes and functional areas in order to meet shift goals for Athletes and Fans. Role responsibility includes providing support under the direction of a supervisor or department manager.

• Support Orientation and Training of Rookies
• Work Hand-in-Hand with Athletes to Ensure They Succeed in Daily Performance and Production
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned Education & Experience Requirements
• Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs

• Warehouse environment
• Oversee and Support 25-30 workers
• Ability to stand 8 to 10 Hours per Day
• Ability to Lift up to 25 lbs Frequently
• May be expected to lift and reach
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
• Able to multitask
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed
• May be expected to walk up to 10 miles daily
