About the Role

General Duties and Responsibilities

**•**Assemble, finish, label, package, receive, pick, and prepare products according to detailed order instructions.

**•**Maintain consistent quality standards and production rates.

**•**Operate across multiple work centers to support merchandise creation and fulfillment.

**•**Use basic hand tools, sewing equipment, handheld technology, inventory systems, or automated equipment.

**•**Advanced roles include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting digital machines (printers, lasers, routers, embroidery machines, cutting systems), sometimes running multiple machines simultaneously.

**•**Follow all safety and quality guidelines.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

**•**High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**•**Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.

**•**Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

**•**Willingness to cross-train and work in various work centers.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

**•**Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

**•**Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools or automated equipment.

**•**Ability to learn and operate digital machinery and inventory systems.

**•**Good communication and teamwork skills.

**•**Ability to maintain quality and meet production goals.

Physical Demands

**•**Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly.

**•**Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.

**•**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Time Frames

**•**Multiple shifts available (M-F, 6a-2:30p, M-Th, 12p-10:30p, M-Th, 2:30p-1a)

**•**Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
