RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scan cartons to generate a UPS or Fed Ex shipping label and apply to the correct carton.

• Stack “At Once” boxes on pallets and load them to proper trailers.

• Transfer cartons from the conveyor to the pallet, building up complete pallet loads.

• Scan all cartons and take them to the Pack & Hold Area.

• Responsible for scanning common carriers cartons and palletizing, shrink wrapping and loading on trailers.

• Check conveyor line for backups that could interfere with the Packing Department.

• Maintain work area is clean and safe.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds

• Basic computer skills

• Must be organized

• Able to learn to use RF Scanner

• Able to work on task until completion with little supervision

• Good communication skills

• Crown, Electric Pallet Jack and Forklift Certified – (we will train)

• Must have a good attendance record

• Ability to multi-task with regards to handling various shipping requirements.

• Must be able to work overtime as required including weekends

• Print bill of ladings (we will train)
