Role Overview
Help shape one of the most critical moments in the shopping journey. As Lead Product Manager, you’ll own the vision and strategy for the shopping experience in our Fanatics App, driving revenue, conversion, and customer delight. This role sits at the heart of our e Commerce platform, blending customer insight, design, and technology to deliver a seamless, best-in-class shopping flow.
How You Will Make an Impact:

Define and execute the roadmap for the Fanatics App, shopping experience from ideation to launch and iteration.

Use data, research, and customer insights to uncover friction points and turn them into measurable improvements in conversion and engagement.

Partner with design to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible experiences across desktop and mobile.
-
Collaborate with engineering to balance speed, feasibility, and business impact.
-
Set clear KPIs, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize the experience.
-
Stay ahead of industry trends in e Commerce and shopping to inspire innovation.
What You Bring to the Team:

7 + years of product management experience, ideally with mobile app and web experience with a focus on seamless interactions and visual delight.

Proven track record of shipping products that drive growth and customer impact.

Strong analytical and strategic skills; comfortable with both data and customer narratives.

Exceptional communicator and collaborator who can align diverse teams around a shared vision.
-
Experience in agile development, with the ability to lead through influence in a fast-moving environment.

Passion for building customer-centric experiences that remove friction and drive results.
Bonus Points:

MBA or related advanced degree.
-
Background in computer science, business administration, or similar.

Comfort discussing technical concepts and trade-offs with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
Where You’ll Work and What’s required:

Hybrid work environment flexibility, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in office; Mondays and Fridays days remote.

Fast-paced team environment with exposure to multiple aspects of the Fanatics Commerce business.

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for partner meetings, events, and other related activities.
