The Bilingual Operations Manager plays a critical role in shaping the Fanatics experience by serving as an advocate for both athletes and fans. This position is responsible for leading a screenprint manufacturing facility and engaging with 100+ athletes across the facility's departments, as well as cross-functional partners. The Operations Manager drives high performance through clear communication, active mentorship, and constructive feedback. This role provides direct leadership to both supervisors and athletes and reports to the Senior Operations Manager or General Manager.
