ROLE OVERVIEW

The Licensing Coordinator will be a member of the International Product Creation team supporting day-to-day servicing of the 40+ Partner approval process including Art & Samples.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: General

• Be a part of the Fanatics Product Team to create a positive partner experience for existing and prospective licensees
• Develop strong working relationships across the Company to identify issues, overcome and tackle these issues as well as forming a collaborative relationship with the wider US Licensing Teams

Servicing

• Master various Partner management database to conduct all business transactions between Fanatics and Licensor

• Become an ‘the’ expert on Partner assets and ensure that the product is of the highest standard before sending to Partners

• Ensure all product approvals are submitted to the licensors / clubs.

• Update and maintained approvals on the in-house product development system

Development

• Work with the Product team to support a variety of projects

• Liaise with Marketing team for 1st Party product activations.

• Support new business opportunities (i.e., learning/research, prospecting, evaluation).

• Analysis of licensed sports apparel, merchandise and memorabilia marketplace
