What You'll Do:

• 90% Learning & Problem Solving

• Builds a basic understanding of our users, our products, and our markets through exposure to product support and testing activities.

• Troubleshoots issues to understand root cause with close oversight from manager or peers

• Participates in application, content and workflow quality testing, as appropriate

• Provides support to the global product team

• 10% Communication & Escalation

• Identifies and effectively communicates relevant information.

• Communicates product bugs and workarounds in a structured manner, and with impact, to a variety of stakeholders including Product, Content, Engineering, and Support

• Provides regular reporting on testing and support activities

• Effectively organizes and manages own work with direction and oversight from their manager

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 2-3 years' experience in product management or business intelligence
• Preferrable background in Fin Tech industry
