Your Team's Impact:

The Media Production Specialist in Hyderabad is a vital member of the Media Production Group within the Communications Team, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of video assets and virtual events for internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a hands-on Creative Producer who can independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content and virtual events. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, works fast without compromising quality, and can translate ideas into compelling videos across digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

Creative Production

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for communications, brand, social, and marketing content
• Handle camera operation, lighting, sound, and basic production setup
• Edit videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, websites, and internal CDNs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver aligned creative output
• Maintain consistency in visual style, brand tone, and storytelling
• Manage shoot schedules, locations, and basic production logistics
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and team members
• Stay updated with content trends and platform best practices

Live Events

• Produce events using internal AV capabilities as well as locally sourced video and webcasting technology
• Manage virtual events calendar, event delivery, and post-event event recordings
• Manage virtual post-event items i.e. recording, editing, archiving, and gathering metrics

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 Years working in the Video Production Industry and professional services environment
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite; Advanced Knowledge of Premiere required (After Effects a plus)
• Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, and sound
• Experience with virtual event production and video streaming
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and perform well under pressure
• Professional demeanor, driven attitude, and a desire to support others in their efforts to make our organization succeed.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a sense of accountability
• Strong storytelling and visual sensibility
