F5 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cybersecurity GRC Service Now IRM Developer to play a critical hands-on role in strengthening our enterprise risk and compliance program. In this position, you will sit at the intersection of technology and governance, configuring and optimizing our Service Now IRM/GRC platform, operationalizing business continuity and disaster recovery processes, and ensuring our control environment remains continuously audit-ready against frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

This is a role for a practitioner who takes pride in turning complex compliance requirements into elegant, automated platform solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners across Finance, HR, and Engineering serving as a trusted advisor who makes GRC processes more accessible, efficient, and impactful. Your dashboards and reports will put real-time risk intelligence directly in the hands of senior leadership, helping drive smarter, faster decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Platform Configuration & Development Execute advanced techno-functional configuration within the Service Now IRM/GRC platform, including the design and deployment of automated workflows, development of risk and control indicators, and ongoing administration of risk registers to support a dynamic and accurate risk inventory.
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Operations Support the full operationalization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs within Service Now, including facilitating Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities, maintaining continuity plans, and systematically tracking and documenting DR exercise outcomes.
• Risk Assessment & Remediation Build a technical risk assessments framework across internal systems and third-party vendors, automating identified findings, risk ratings, and remediation actions are accurately captured, and tracked, within the Service Now platform.
• GRC Reporting & Dashboards Build, maintain, and continuously improve advanced GRC dashboards and reports within Service Now, delivering real-time, actionable visibility into the organization's overall risk and compliance posture for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Continuous Compliance Monitoring Deliver a proactive monitor, testing, and technical controls validation process within IRM to maintain ongoing compliance with industry frameworks including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, with a focus on automating evidence collection and control testing to reduce manual effort and increase program efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary technical liaison between the GRC team and internal business functions including Finance, HR, and Engineering, providing guidance, training, and hands-on support to help teams effectively navigate GRC processes, policies, and platform tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber GRC, IT Audit, Information Security, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Service Now IRM/GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
• Practical, working experience supporting **Business Continuity Management (BCM)**and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, including tool administration, plan maintenance, and exercise coordination.
• Solid understanding of Service Now's technical development components including Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts and how they are applied to build and optimize GRC workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable functional system configurations and platform requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Tableau (or comparable BI/analytics platforms) for building compliance and operational reporting, data analysis pipelines, and executive-facing dashboards.
• Preferred certifications include:** Service Now Certified System Administrator** (CSA), CISA, CRISC
