Job Title: Infrastructure And Cloud Full-Stack Engineer – Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Full-Stack Engineering Manager with up to 14 years of experience in designing and delivering cloud-ready platforms, automation solutions, and lightweight full-stack components. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in infrastructure engineering, cloud services, automation, and the ability to build supporting UI/API layers using Java/.NET and React where required. This role blends platform engineering, solution integration, and full-stack delivery to support complex enterprise transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of cloud-ready infrastructure solutions, automation frameworks, and supporting full-stack components.

Develop backend services (Java/.NET), APIs, dashboards, and lightweight UI tools (React) to support cloud operations, automation, monitoring, or governance use cases.

Collaborate with cloud architects, platform teams, and operations to build scalable solutions integrating infrastructure, observability, DevOps, and application services.

Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, cloud-native patterns, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
-
Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to engineering and security best practices.

Participate in architecture reviews, solutioning discussions, and client workshops to translate requirements into robust engineering solutions.

Contribute to proposals, estimations, technical POVs, and strategic cloud modernization initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Up to 14 years of experience spanning infrastructure/cloud engineering, automation, and full-stack solution development.
-
Strong hands-on experience with one backend stack (Java or .NET) and modern frontend frameworks (React, JavaScript/TypeScript).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), including compute, storage, networking, API gateways, logging/monitoring, and platform services.

Solid understanding of IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps CI/CD toolchains.

Ability to architect and build integrations between infrastructure platforms, APIs, dashboards, and cloud operational systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; cloud or DevOps certifications are an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience building internal portals, automation dashboards, engineering tools, or cloud governance utilities.

Knowledge of security best practices, identity management, RBAC, API security, and compliance standards.

Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to bridge infrastructure, cloud, and application layers.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a consulting mindset.

Familiarity with observability platforms, log analytics, and performance optimization.
