- Cyber Ark Developer/PAM Architect
Location: Katowice - 2 days office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
As a Cyber Ark Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Cyber Ark solutions that enhance our organization's privileged access management capabilities. You will leverage your extensive experience in Cyber Ark architecture, compliance management, and technical requirements to support the development of robust security frameworks. Joining a dynamic team, you will be responsible for defining Cyber Ark architecture, developing governance frameworks, and providing architectural and technical leadership for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Your key responsibilities

Design and implement Cyber Ark architecture for various projects, including configurations, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Develop Role Governance Frameworks and policies that address business risks and compliance standards.

Conduct business analysis for Cyber Ark and PAM tools, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Design future state processes for Cyber Ark implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices in privileged access management.

Lead the execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects for Cyber Ark solutions, providing architectural and technical support.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to the organization, including DORA and other relevant frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Cyber Ark solutions into existing security architectures.

Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the PAM space to drive innovation and enhance security posture.

Cyber Ark PAM Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

Cooperating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new Cyber Ark PAM technologies/solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

Reporting the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review

Designing, testing, and implementing new Cyber Ark PAM solutions/modules – conducting workshops, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and deploying new or improved system features.
Skills and attributes for success

Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical IAM/PAM specifications.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and their implications for IAM/PAM practices.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
To qualify for the role, you must have

+10 years of experience in IAM/PAM architecture and compliance management, with a strong focus on Cyber Ark solutions.

Mandatory certification as a Cyber Ark PAM Sentry, CDE or Guardian.

Willingness to travel as required.

Proficient in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
Ideally, you’ll also have

CISSP, CISM, CIAM Certification

ITIL certification
