Join EY’s AI Lab, part of our innovation hub for EY Ireland**.** The AI Lab is where cutting-edge ideas meet real-world impact. We focus on developing advanced AI solutions, experimenting with emerging technologies, and creating prototypes that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

As part of this team, you’ll:

• Collaborate with experts in data science, machine learning, and engineering to design and deliver transformative AI solutions.

• Work on pioneering projects that explore generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop LLM-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain/Lang Graph and Hugging Face Transformers.

• Design RAG and prompt-orchestration pipelines, embeddings and model evaluation frameworks.

• Collaborate with data engineers and full-stack developers to embed models into cloud applications.

• Prototype multi-agent systems that autonomously analyse, decide and act on business tasks.

• Ensure AI governance, fairness and responsible AI principles are embedded in every solution.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3-5 + years’ experience in machine learning or AI engineering.

• Expertise in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, Py Torch/Tensor Flow, Transformers).

• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.

• Practical experience deploying AI services on Azure, AWS or GCP and working with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD).

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience with Lang Graph, CrewAI or Auto Gen for multi-agent workflows.

• Understanding of reinforcement learning and autonomous decision systems.

• Familiarity with Power Automate integration and AI workflow triggers.
