Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

• The role requires a strong understanding of HR Ops to support candidate onboarding inquiries effectively. Candidates should have hands-on experience in managing HR operations and onboarding processes within services line. Ability to proficiently utilize web tools for record-keeping and updates, ensuring efficient data management. Flexibility to adapt to weekend or roster shift models, accommodating the dynamic nature of client expectations. Demonstrated excellence in communication skills to articulate findings and engage stakeholders effectively.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management

• BBA

Experience

• HR Operations (4+ years)
