Are you motivated, eager to learn and ready to make a meaningful impact? Then join the EY Business Consulting team as a Business Management Intern. During your 3-6 months internship you will be part of an ongoing core banking platform transformation project at a private wealth management bank in Zurich. You will play a key role in supporting various business management initiatives and tackling emerging tasks that require quick thinking and flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity to learn EY’s ways of working, gain exposure to client projects and deepen your knowledge in banking, wealth management and technology.

Your key responsibilities

• Supporting business management tasks by driving operational excellence, assisting with financial management, contributing to process improvement and handling general administrative duties.

• Contributing to the preparation of materials for (senior) stakeholder meetings and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

• Participating in go-to-market and business development activities to help identify and deliver valuable solutions for our clients.

• Developing your skills through hands-on experience and participating in internal training opportunities.

• Gather and analyze relevant data to identify trends and insights that support informed decision-making for client projects.

• Participate in creating new strategies to deliver projects successfully (e.g. content creation, pricing) across countries and industries.

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to provide valuable insights that enhance project objectives and recommendations.

What we look for

• Strong motivation to join a dynamic consulting environment and to work in the financial services sector

• A curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashion

• Strong team player, willing to proactively support solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographies

• Initial work experience (e.g., internships, working student, entry-level position) is a plus

• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
