The opportunity

This role will provide direct administrative support to the Firm’s Enterprise Support Services- Facilities Team.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist with procurement of Goods and Services- Stationery, Grocery items, Toiletries, Archive Services etc

• Manage the Firm’s Petty Cash-keeping proper records of incoming & outgoing cash and replenishment

• Assist with maintaining and distribution of Firm’s Stationery Inventory to respective service lines

• Assist with support and relief at Reception

• Support the Facilities Team with their daily operational duties

• Assist with processing and onward forwarding of group health claims for Retirees

• Other duties which may be assigned from time to time

• A courteous and patient image in person and over the telephone

• Computer proficiency- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong administrative and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
