Als Accountant/Belastingconsulent bij EY word jij geleidelijk aan een betrouwbare Business Advisor voor onze cliënten. Your Key Responsabilities

• Accounting & compliance: Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun digitaal financieel proces, bijvoorbeeld bij het voeren van de boekhouding en met het voorbereiden en interpreteren van de jaarrekening. Daarnaast help je ook met alle fiscale aangiften inzake BTW, personen- en vennootschapsbelasting;

• Reporting: Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ervaring kan je meewerken aan verschillende financiële projecten zoals: management rapporten, budgetteringen, financiële analyses, concurrentieanalyses etc.;

• Tijdelijke opdrachten: Afhankelijk van de noden van de cliënt zal je ondersteuning bieden bij accounting, credit control, interne optimalisaties etc.;

• People Management: Je communiceert en werkt proactief samen met je teamleden en superviseert het werk van juniors, waarbij je de kwaliteit en workload bewaakt.

Your Profile

• Je bent een leergierige Accountant/Belastingconsulent met sterke analytische en ondernemende skills. Wanneer jij een cliënt ondersteunt, heb je oog voor detail en kijk je verder dan cijfers. Meer concreet :

• Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit/economie;

• Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante ervaring binnen fiscaliteit, accountancy of finance;

• Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels;

• Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden gezien jouw adviserende rol;

• Je bent een echte teamplayer met een nieuwsgierige, innovatieve kijk;

• Voor jou staan de ondernemer en onderneming centraal en zijn resultaten belangrijk;

• Je bent bereid je kennis up-to-date te houden door interne en externe trainingen;

• You are tech-savvy: ervaring met Exact Online en/of ERP-pakketten is een pluspunt;

• Je stelt je flexibel op om in verschillende kantoren of bij de ondernemers te werken.
