You pick up the role of an enthusiastic and dedicated team member of the events team. Collaborating with the Business Development and Brand, Marketing and Communication team, you will play a crucial role in aligning events with our business goals. You handle event requests for the company and make sure each event becomes a success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Handling event requests, which involves sending and following up on invitations, sourcing creative activities, and ensuring logistics and on-site coordination.

• Preparing and sending out newsletters and communications.

• Hosting webcasts.

• Designing and implementing surveys.

• Collaborating with the Business Development team to integrate business objectives into event planning.

• Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

• Ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to deadlines in all tasks.

• Adhering to company policies and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Your Profile

You :

• Are flexible, creative, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

• Possess strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.

• Are eager to execute tasks in a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to perform successfully in a fast-paced and client-oriented environment.

• Are stress-resistant and can work towards deadlines efficiently.

• Have excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and oral English, Dutch, and French.

• Are accurate, precise, and respect deadlines.

• Are eager to learn and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.

• Are a team player.

• Have obtained a bachelor's degree in event management, communication, or equivalent experience.

• Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest in new technologies.
