The opportunity

The Service Now Developer will be integral to the development, configuration, and enhancement of Service Now applications across various modules, with a preference for candidates who have experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and workflows.

    • Customize Service Now applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.

    • Configure and improve existing Service Now solutions, with a focus on GRC modules where applicable.

    • Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions within the Service Now platform.

    • Ensure best practices are followed during the development and testing phases.

    • Assist with the integration of Service Now with other systems and tools.

    • Provide technical support and expertise during the deployment and post-implementation stages.

    • Keep abreast of the latest Service Now updates and technologies, with a willingness to grow expertise in GRC.

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- At least 1-3 years of experience in Service Now development.

- Service Now Certified Application Developer certification is highly desirable.

- Experience with GRC modules within Service Now is preferred.

- Understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory requirements in Malaysia is advantageous.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant web technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
