Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant with strong business acumen and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, delivering impactful presentations, and driving analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Execution: Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable solutions. Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 members, ensuring high performance and collaboration. Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress to meet deadlines. Client Engagement & Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Analytics & Insights: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and models to support decision-making. Performance Management: Track team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, market trends, and financial principles. Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 10–12 members. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation capabilities. Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering projects and achieving business objectives. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. Experience: 6–10 years of relevant consulting or managerial experience.
