Position Details
Project Delivery And Leadership
-
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for TMS platforms (SAP TRM, FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity, Kyriba).

Actively contribute as a subject matter expert (SME) in project execution, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

Ensure adherence to EY’s quality standards and client expectations across all engagements.
Resource Management And Onshore Support
-
Collaborate with onshore teams to forecast demand and allocate GDS resources effectively.
-
Maintain optimal utilization of team members and monitor performance metrics.
-
Drive cross-training initiatives to build multi-skilled teams across different TMS platforms.
Practice Development
-
Identify and implement initiatives to enhance service offerings, methodologies, and tools within the Treasury Technology practice.
-
Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, internal knowledge sharing, and best practice frameworks.
Business Development
-
Support RFP submissions and RFI responses, ensuring high-quality, standardized deliverables.
-
Partner with leadership to develop proposals and participate in client presentations.
Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)
- A bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech/MCA & MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field with adequate industry experience.
Technical skills requirements:
-
16+ years of experience in Treasury Technology implementation, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

Hands-on expertise in SAP TRM, FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity, Kyriba (experience in multiple platforms preferred).

Strong understanding of treasury processes (cash management, risk management, FX, liquidity).
-
Proven ability to manage large teams, drive utilization, and mentor resources.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience in RFP/RFI processes and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or PMP.

Exposure to global delivery models and cross-border team management.
-
Experience in practice-building initiatives and internal capability development.
