Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Partnering and Building Relationships, Lead role in client service delivery.
Acts as a Trusted Business Advisor:
Participates in advising clients on strategic issues and understanding client’s needs
Sound commercial acumen
Provides a perspective on global trends and emerging practices on client assignments. Is able to proactively alert clients on business environment changes that impact (or would impact) the client
Marketing & Business Development:
Creates and manages strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions with minimal partner involvement, expands client base with new wins and conversions (both existing and new clients)
Has strong internal and external networks. These are leveraged for building and growing the firm’s business
Skills and attributes

Deep knowledge of the firm’s service lines
Markets firm’s services on an overall basis
Obtains new clients & work from existing clients: identifies and converts opportunities
Develops strong local office and global contacts
Creates plans based on understanding of market and competition
Leads and coordinates the planning and management of medium/large assignments, independently
Pricing, Billing & Recovery
Maximise fee opportunities
Experience:
Demonstrates Strategic Thinking:
Technical competence in the relevant service line - develops sound value based solutions and applies technical knowledge and strategic thinking in delivery of complex solutions to clients
- Technical competence in an industry / specialized field
- Builds recognition Firm wide and outside the firm for expertise in a specialised field and participates in firmwide teams or special projects across the Firm
Embeds a culture of innovation:
New products and services developed on a regular basis
New service delivery methods in order to improve efficiency
Creates an environment for the team to think of innovations and to do things differently
Proprietorship & Leadership:
Demonstrates an “ownership” attitude
Portrays a clear sense of vision and direction and promotes the Firm’s core values
Spends a significant proportion of time leading and managing teams with the ability to mobilise and inspire teams
Is approached by members of the firm to assist in resolving people issues
Risk Management
Develops and implements risk management strategies, plans and activities with minimal partner involvement
Manages sensitive and high level risk issues
Is able to proactively resolve (with Partner support) risk issues in delivering service to clients
Knowledge Management
Champions knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
