As wavespace continues to evolve, there is a strong need to modernize and scale the digital platforms and supporting technologies that enable these experiences globally. The introduction of AI‑enabled, agentic solutions represents a significant opportunity to move from manually driven processes to a more data‑driven, scalable, and intelligent environment that enhances both internal operations and client outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of a portfolio of interconnected software applications, including web‑based digital platforms and emerging AI‑driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise software products, including digital platforms and AI‑enabled, agentic solutions.

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to business objectives and enterprise technology strategy.

• Apply Scrum and Agile principles to plan, prioritize, and deliver product capabilities incrementally.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical direction and explain technical concepts using everyday language.

• Partner with business stakeholders, facilitators, designers, and technical teams to drive adoption and alignment.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, integrate, and govern AI‑enabled capabilities responsibly.

• Manage budgets, vendors, licensing models, and ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Approximately 10 years of experience in product management or comparable enterprise technology roles

• Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms or experience‑driven solutions

• Familiarity with modern cloud and productivity environments preferred

Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $138,200 to $266,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $165,800 to $302,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

• Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
