The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated SAP Project Management Coordinator to support our SAP Technology Consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates ranging from recent graduates to those with a few years of experience in Project Management or in SAP Consulting. You will play a crucial role in assisting with SAP implementation projects, ensuring that our clients achieve their business transformation goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in managing project team roster and onboarding process for new team members

• Maintain team on-site plan and vacation calendar

• Assist in defining project management processes and quality standards.

• Contribute to planning major phases, milestones, and deliverables in the system implementation lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and tools.

• Maintain workshops plan & schedule workshops according to participants’ availability.​

• Maintain project deliverables, including status reports, minutes of meetings, timesheets, and project documentation.

• Support project planning, monitor project execution and communicate with stakeholders to track activity and deliverables completion against planned dates.

• Assist in monitoring project risks, actions, issues, and mitigation actions.

• Assist in supporting team members on requests related to project management tools (e.g. JIRA)

To qualify for the Role, you must have

• A university degree in information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

• Experience in SAP or Project Management is a plus, but not mandatory; we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

• Familiarity with MS-Project and MS-Office tools is desirable.

• A passion for learning and developing skills in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
