About EY-Parthenon

The Opportunity
We are creating an AI & Data Hub at EY-Parthenon Portugal, designed to serve countries across the Europe West region and accelerate the adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions.
As an MLOps Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust machine learning operations frameworks that enable the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI/ML models in production environments. You will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and cloud architects to ensure seamless integration of models into enterprise systems.
Your key responsibilities

Automate model deployment and versioning across environments.

Monitor model performance and drift to maintain accuracy over time.

Manage full AI lifecycle: training, deployment, and retraining.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable AI updates.

Ensure compliance with governance and risk management frameworks.
To qualify for this role, you must have
-
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
-
+3 years of experience in MLOps or ML engineering roles.
-
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
-
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
-
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and model monitoring frameworks.
-
Familiarity with data pipelines, API integration, and security best practices.
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
