Your Key Responsibilities As a PSCM-Supervising Associate/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for: Understanding business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into effective Power BI dashboards for reporting. Collaborating with the Experience Management team, business leadership, and Talent leadership to gather insights and refine reporting needs. Utilizing SQL and data engineering techniques to extract, transform, and load data from various databases into Power BI. Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in reporting by implementing best practices in data management and governance. Providing training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize dashboards and interpret data insights. Continuously monitoring and optimizing dashboard performance to ensure a seamless user experience. Skills and Attributes for Success The ideal candidate will possess: Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and data engineering. Experience with database management and data visualization techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. To Qualify for This Role You Must Have 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL, with a solid understanding of data modeling and visualization principles. Familiar with ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources. Familiar understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
