Job Title: IT Consultant

About the Role
Join our team to support a leading bank in managing large-scale business system projects. You will assist in project planning, risk tracking, and system integration design, while coordinating across departments and vendors. This role also involves preparing reports, facilitating knowledge transfer, and supporting talent development.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with project planning, progress tracking, and risk management; provide regular reports.

Conduct interviews with users and IT teams to gather business requirements and assess current systems.

Design system integration and migration plans; prepare detailed documentation.

Coordinate communication among user departments, IT teams, and vendors; organize meetings and record minutes.

Prepare various reporting materials and support knowledge transfer to bank staff.
Requirements
-
Extensive experience in banking business system development.

Proven track record in managing or implementing large-scale banking system projects.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; proactive and responsible.

Familiarity with Japanese corporate work style and project management standards.

Proficiency in Japanese; experience in Japanese IT firms or banks is a plus.
