The opportunity

Join our Finance Transformation team and help clients build agile, cost-effective Finance functions that drive business outcomes. You’ll work across sectors on transformation programmes that integrate digital technologies, analytics, and automation to deliver lasting impact. Your key responsibilities

• Working as part of diverse client engagement teams, delivering high-quality work within expected timeframes and budgets.

• Building long-term client relationships and contributing to practice development through thought leadership and training.

• Supporting Finance transformation initiatives including strategy, operating model design, and technology enablement.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client goals.

• Managing risk and ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout project delivery.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking mindset.

• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage client expectations.

• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.

• Understanding of finance and accounting technology landscape and emerging trends.

• Comfortable with business performance management, ERP systems, and automation tools.

Ideally, You’ll also have

• Experience delivering change in Finance functions across sectors such as Life Sciences, Utilities, and Public Sector.

• Knowledge of tools like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Anaplan, Tableau, and RPA platforms.

• Experience in ERP and BPM implementations, reporting transformation, and project management.
