We invite creative and innovative thinkers who are motivated by a “can do” attitude to apply for the following positions in HCMC office: Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment process for both IT & non-IT hiring

  • Develop strong working relationships with key business champions and hiring managers to understand talent needs

  • Manage and execute end-to-end process of experienced & campus recruitment, from job posting to offer/onboarding

  • Facilitate and execute on-campus as well as recruitment branding activities

  • Identify new channels for campus recruitment

  • Utilize recruitment channels for candidate sourcing activities, including Applicant Tracking System, Social networks, etc.

  • Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with target universities

  • Coordinate the selection process for recruitment in general

  • Manage all stakeholder communication, expectation and ensure documentation meets legal and internal standards

  • Maintain and continuously develop Talent Attraction & Acquisition reports/metrics to support with strategic decision making

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelors’ degree with minimum of 3 years in Recruitment field, preferably mass recruitment experiences

  • Strong passion specifically for Talent Acquisition & Human Resources in general

  • Having strong experience in IT recruiting is a plus

  • Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized

  • Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English

  • A team-player but bold to conquer challenges independently

  • Proficient in MS Office

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Recruitment coordinating experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
