EY GDS Digital & Emerging Technologies is a unique, industry-focused business unit that provides a
broad range of integrated services that leverage deep industry experience with strong functional
capability and product knowledge. The Digital Engineering (DE) practice works with clients to
analyse, formulate, design, mobilize and drive digital transformation initiatives. We advise clients
on their most pressing digital challenges and opportunities surround business strategy, customer,
growth, profit optimization, innovation, technology strategy, and digital transformation. We also
have a unique ability to help our clients translate strategy into actionable technical design, and
transformation planning/mobilization. Through our unique combination of competencies and
solutions, DE team helps our clients sustain competitive advantage and profitability by developing
strategies to stay ahead of the rapid pace of change and disruption and supporting the execution of
complex transformations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of different solutions. You
will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements
and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.
Skills and attributes for success

Design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and best
practices. -
Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and
-
Marketing.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

Develop customizations including plugins, custom actions, business rules, JavaScript, and Power
-
Automate flows.
-
Design integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps.

Work with Dataverse for data modeling and security configuration.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are necessary.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively
communicate with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization, are required
To qualify for the role you must have
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Modules.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse and CE security model.
- Experience with C#, .NET, Plugins, Custom Actions, and JavaScript.
- Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Integration experience using Azure services.
- Familiarity with DevOps and ALM practices.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with global teams.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications and prior consulting experience highly
preferred
