Job Title:
Treasury Management Systems Specialist – Senior (Levels 1, 2, 3)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals (Senior 1, Senior 2, and Senior 3 levels) to provide operational, technical, and implementation support for Treasury Management Systems (TMS). The role ensures smooth payment processing, system reliability, and compliance with global banking standards while collaborating closely with treasury, IT, and implementation teams.
Across levels, the specialist will contribute progressively to end to end implementation of Kyriba/SAP/FIS Integrity/FIS Quantum including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go live support.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support TMS platforms including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.

Lead or contribute to implementation projects for Kyriba/SAP/FIS Integrity/FIS Quantum-

Support configuration, documentation, and UAT execution.
-
Own functional configurations, drive integrations, and coordinate with banks/IT.
-
Lead full-cycle implementations, conduct solution design workshops, and manage stakeholders.
-
Manage master data (bank accounts, counterparties, entities).
-
Configure and monitor payment workflows ensuring secure and efficient processing.
-
Set up and maintain bank connectivity (SWIFT FIN/File Act, Host to Host, SFTP, API).
-
Integrate bank statements (CAMT05X, MT94X, BAI2) with ERP and treasury systems for reconciliation.
-
Automate processes using workflow tools and reporting scripts.
-
Prepare dashboards and operational reports for liquidity and performance monitoring.
-
Act as point of contact for client queries and resolve incidents promptly.
-
Document processes and changes for compliance and knowledge sharing.
-
Support onboarding of new entities and participate in UAT for enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands on experience with one or more TMS / Payment Hub platforms (FIS Quantum, SAP, FIS Integrity, Kyriba, Trax, GTreasury, Reval).
Full cycle Implementation experience for at least one of the:

Kyriba → Cash, Payments, Connectivity, Accounting modules
-
SAP → Cash Management, Bank Account Management (BAM), In‑House Cash, Payment Formats/DMEE, Bank Statement integration (MT940/BAI2), and ERP‑TMS connectivity
-
FIS Integrity → Payment hub configuration, bank mapping, integration with ERP
-
FIS Quantum → Treasury modules, bank interfaces, deal capture, risk workflows
-
Strong understanding of payment workflows, banking integrations, and financial messaging standards.
-
Familiarity with SWIFT, ERP integration, and treasury systems.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
Experience expectations:
-
Senior 1: 3–5 years with exposure to TMS implementation activities
-
Senior 2: 5–8 years including module level ownership in TMS implementations
-
Senior 3: 8+ years including full cycle implementation leadership across Kyriba/Integrity/Quantum/SAP
Preferred Skills
-
Deep knowledge of multiple TMS platforms and their modules.
-
SQL scripting and automation tool experience.
-
Familiarity with Citrix environments and job scheduling tools.
-
Understanding of electronic bank account management (eBAM) processes.
-
Exposure to API based integrations and secure file transfer protocols (SFTP).
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
-
Ability to work in agile project environments and manage multiple priorities.
Technical Expertise

Expertise across Treasury Management Systems (TMS) including FIS Quantum, SAP, FIS Integrity, Kyriba, Trax, GTreasury, and Reval:
-
Foreign Exchange (FX): Trade capture, settlement, and valuation.
-
Interest Rate Swaps: Configuration and lifecycle management.
-
Forwards & Futures: Handling hedging and exposure management.
-
Money Market Funds: Investment workflows and reporting.
-
Derivatives & Options: Pricing, risk analysis, and compliance.
-
Liquidity & Cash Positioning: Integration with ERP and real-time dashboards.
-
Enterprise Workflow (EWF): Streamlining approval and operational processes.
-
Crystal Reports: Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities.
Soft Skills
-
Ability to drive conversations with clients, clarify requirements, and influence key decisions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Participate in UAT and regression testing for client driven changes.
