Are you looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator at a leading global professional services firm where you will have great opportunity to gain valuable work experience by learning the ropes of more experienced professionals?
We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Coordinator to join our firm with below major responsibilities and job requirements:
Major responsibilities
-
Support on material preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses
-
Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre – course with participants
-
Support in managing attendance of each class
-
Support on putting attendance record into the Success Factors
-
Support L&D team in compulsory reports preparation
-
Support in VACPA exam registration for employees
-
Other tasks assigned by L&D Managers
Job requirements
-
Graduated with bachelor’s degree majoring in Business, Language, etc.

English proficiency (verbal & written)
-
Good communication skills and positive attitude
-
Attentive to details, mature and result-oriented
-
Teamwork spirit
