The team and the opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Integration and Data Lead, specializing in Oracle Fusion to own the development, growth, and commercial success of the technical capability within the Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence. This role will report to the Head of Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence and willown the technical architecture that supports multi-cloud and hybrid estates.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
-
Shape the technical solution in major proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.

Identify opportunities for integration modernization, data migration services, and analytics transformation across various sectors.

Build and nurture relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and enterprise architecture teams to drive collaboration and business growth.
Capability Development
-
Build and scale a local technical team specializing in integration, data migration, reporting, and automation, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
-
Develop clear career paths and technical training programs to enhance team capabilities and support professional growth.
Offering & IP Development
-
Develop packaged offerings such as Integration Assessment, Data Migration Factory, and Reporting Modernization to meet client demands.
-
Create accelerators for connectors, ETL mappings, data validation, and test automation to streamline project delivery.
-
Establish integration patterns and frameworks in collaboration with Azure, AWS, Boomi, and Mule Soft alliances to enhance service offerings.
Technical Delivery Leadership
-
Provide architecture oversight on integration, data, and analytics workstreams, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Ensure that technical designs comply with security, compliance, and performance standards, mitigating risks associated with data handling and integration.
Skills & Attributes for Success
-
8-10+ years of technical delivery experience with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion integration.
-
Demonstrated experience shaping technical solutions in a consulting business development environment, with a focus on client engagement and solution design.
-
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects, driving successful outcomes for clients.
