Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Lead technical architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate data from sources like Dataverse, SQL Server, Share Point, and external APIs. Develop scalable solutions. Provide mentorship to junior developers and peers. Ensure compliance with ALM, DLP policies, and governance frameworks. Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and recommend emerging features (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI Builder). Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Power Platform tools. Strong understanding of model-driven and canvas apps, Power Fx, and custom connectors. Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub.
