Dispatcher – Project RACE - Legal Managed Services (LMS)
Business is transforming rapidly, and in today’s environment, delivering high‑quality, fast‑cycle legal support requires operational excellence, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage high‑volume service workflows consistently and accurately.
As a Dispatcher within EY’s Legal Managed Services (LMS) team, you will play a key operational role within the Service Bundle Fast Track established under Project RACE, ensuring seamless intake, triage, and routing of global sourcing‑related legal requests.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be part of a growing global delivery network supporting EY’s Legal Transformation initiatives. As the primary gatekeeper of sourcing-related legal requests (excluding US and China jurisdictions), you will interact with Local Legal Representatives, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional operational teams.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review incoming sourcing‑related legal requests.

Capture request details in Share Point.

Validate completeness of submissions.
-
Route requests to appropriate Local Legal Representatives.

Follow compliance, playbook rules, and process governance.

Maintain audit‑ready documentation and quality standards.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

Attention to detail and strong procedural discipline.

Effective communication with global teams.

Ability to navigate playbooks and structured workflows.

Team‑oriented mindset.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

A bachelor’s degree in law.

A background in contracting
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects, and the confidence to engage and integrate directly into our clients’ teams
IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE
-
Experience in legal ops, procurement ops, or shared services.

Strong organizational capabilities.
-
Proficiency in SNOW, Outlook, Share Point, and Excel.

Fluency in English; other language (German) is a plus.
