Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, configuring, and implementing SAP Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on SAP Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay. SAP Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay certification is required.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Interpret design, development, and delivery of Compensation, Variable Pay and reward programs

• Ability to analyse and administer the company’s compensation plans for business, ensuring internal and external equity.

Skills and attributes for success

• Act as the subject matter expert in Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay module.

• Collaborate with international clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for Compensation & Variable Pay processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Compensation & Variable Pay module with other SAP Success Factors modules and external systems.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to Compensation & Variable Pay modules.

• Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.

• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.

• Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay features, functionalities, and industry regulations.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to fit into a multinational project setup.

• Have experience with any one or more of these modules SAP Success Factors with Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM) and Employee Central(EC) consulting experience.
