Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented FAAS Senior specializing in controllership process improvements to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge in controllership processes and have a passion for providing exceptional advisory services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment of the client’s controllership function including drafting current state process documentation and future state implementation roadmaps.

• Support clients during controllership transformation journeys including implementation of process optimization initiatives.

• Assist in drafting risks and controls frameworks and helping clients remediate control deficiencies.

• Be able to understand and articulate the accounting and controls implications of changes to controllership processes.

• Provide clients with accounting assistance or transactions support as necessary.

• Lead project management activities.

• Support business development initiatives.

• Support the FAAS team in executing Finance Transformation solutions.

• End to end process study, identify gaps and recommendations.

• Process design and improvement recommendations.

• Define and develop finance target operating model.

• Execute technology-led transformation projects.

• Knowledge of SAP, ERPs, reporting tools (Blackline, Trintech, Hyperion).

• Knowledge of consolidation, reporting, inter-company and ERP data structures.

• Experience in financial processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, inventory, fixed assets).

• Data preparation and modeling for visualization.

• Develop dashboards using Power BI.

• Participate in proposal development.

• Contribute to new services, tools, and market offerings.

• Maintain client relationships and support service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, advisory or related field.

• Foundational understanding of finance and accounting processes.

• Operational accounting experience is a plus.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, and dashboard tools.

• Knowledge of ERP and reporting technologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proactive and ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel.

• Reliable transportation required.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.
