Baltic Chief Financial Officer
The opportunity
Join us as the Baltic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and lead the finance agenda across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. You’ll be a strategic advisor to the Baltic leadership team, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and disciplined execution. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role shaping EY’s financial strategy, performance, and governance across the Baltics.
Your key responsibilities

Lead financial strategy and performance management across EY Baltics, partnering with leadership to drive business results.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Maintain effective internal controls and risk management frameworks.
-
Oversee finance operations, cash flow, internal processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Manage and develop the Baltic Finance team, ensuring high standards, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Drive operational effectiveness, transformation initiatives, and various improvement projects, ensuring continuous enhancement of finance processes and business operations.
Skills and attributes for success

Extensive finance leadership experience in complex or multinational environments.

Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, governance, and controls, management and statutory accounting, and financial operations.

Proven capability to influence strategic decision‑making and work effectively with business leadership.
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and team‑leadership skills.
-
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.

Salary: EUR 7200 - 8400 gross
