The Opportunity

As a Technical Lead within EY’s Digital Engineering team, you will play a strategic role in driving the development and delivery of modern software solutions. You’ll lead agile teams, define technical architecture, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to help clients modernize platforms, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and architect scalable digital solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms

Guide engineering teams in frontend, backend, and mobile development, ensuring best practices across the SDLC

Deliver high-performing, secure, and user-centric digital applications using agile methodologies

Oversee Dev Sec Ops, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality initiatives

Act as a key technical advisor in client engagements, supporting digital strategy and solution design

Contribute to talent development and technical capability building within the team

Technology Stack

Frontend: React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript

Backend: .NET Core/8+, Node.js, Java

Mobile: React Native, Flutter, MAUI

Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP

Dev Sec Ops: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Git Ops

Tools: Figma, Selenium, Playwright, Apache JMeter

To Qualify, You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

7+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization projects

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with data integration, API design, and cloud-native architectures
