The opportunity EY MENA Assurance is looking for Associates / Senior Associates (Creative & Graphic Design Specialists) to join our Rapid Innovation team in Pakistan. Roles & responsibilities In this role, you will ideate and deliver high-quality creative collateral such as PowerPoint presentations, Marketing and branding collateral like proposal documents, Reports, Newsletters, and other materials, while ensuring compliance with EY’s branding guidelines. You will be expected to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and work flexibly to meet client deadlines. It will be your responsibility to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, timelines and to work flexibly as a team to deliver quality output within allocated time frames. Skills and attributes for success This position demands a creative mindset coupled with strong communication (written and oral English) skills. Beyond the technical skills you would need to be able to collaborate effectively, have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask. Proactive and results-driven individuals who can think outside the box will flourish in this environment. You should be able to balance innovation with consistency, delivering visually compelling content that aligns with EY’s brand identity and business objectives. To qualify for the role, you must have: Graduate degree in any discipline. A degree in a relevant field like Mass communication or fine arts would be of advantage. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
