Onboarding Co-ordinator General Information Location: Dublin Business Area: CBS Contract Type: 6 month FTC Working model: Hybrid The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Onboarding Coordinator to join our Talent Recruitment team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess experience in recruitment and onboarding processes, demonstrating a commitment to fostering a positive and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. This role is crucial in ensuring that new hires are seamlessly integrated into our organization, setting the stage for their success and engagement. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Process Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding any queries prior to joining and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed before the new hires start. Coordination of Orientation Sessions: Organise and facilitate employee in-person orientations in the office, providing new hires with essential information about company policies, culture, and their specific roles. Project Management: Utilize project management skills to plan and prioritise multiple onboarding tasks, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Cross-collaboration with other on-shore and off-shore Teams: Collaborate with the immigration team on cases requiring right to work documentation. Participate in weekly meetings with the offshore onboarding team to ensure all relevant documentation for new joiners is available for IT provisioning, in line with the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). Attend regular meetings with recruiters to provide feedback on progress and address any potential issues or concerns. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process, implementing changes as necessary to enhance the experience. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and prepare reports on onboarding metrics to assess the effectiveness of the program. Producing weekly and monthly MI to key stakeholders. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Skills and attributes for success You will have ideally minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or onboarding coordinator role. You are highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with a proven ability to plan, prioritise, and execute onboarding tasks efficiently. You have experience in organising and facilitating employee orientations and initial training sessions, with strong presentation and communication skills. You have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You are comfortable working with Excel and reporting, with the ability to produce and maintain accurate weekly and monthly MI for key stakeholders. You have a good understanding of Irish eligibility to work requirements, with experience supporting right to work checks and related documentation as part of the onboarding process.
