Oversee and challenge fund controlling activities, including fee calculations, NAV oversight, reconciliations, variance analysis, and investor reporting coordination and validation.

Lead interactions with auditors, AIFMs, administrators, and other key stakeholders; proactively manage risks and issues.

Manage engagement economics and commercial aspects including pricing, invoicing, quotations, workload planning, and profitability monitoring.

Lead, coach, and develop team members; provide structured feedback and contribute to talent development and retention.

Actively contribute to service offering development, continuous improvement initiatives, digitalisation, process optimisation, and enhancement of reporting quality and scalability.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong client leadership and relationship management skills with a trusted advisor mindset.

  • Advanced analytical and interpretation skills related to financial, operational, and performance data.

  • Ability to manage complex priorities, take accountability for outcomes, and drive delivery across multiple engagements.

  • Proven people manager with the ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and develop senior and junior talent.
