We are looking for an SAP GTS Junior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

The opportunity

You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from Global Trading area including S/4HANA. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and On-Premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Global Trading, Inbound & Outbound Logistics. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

Operational Support (Primary Focus)

• Execute day-to-day SAP GTS transactions in accordance with established procedures and service levels

• Investigate and resolve blocked documents in SAP GTS

• Maintain and update GTS-related master data

• Support export and import compliance processes

• Analyze and resolve transactional errors and discrepancies

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with global trade regulations

• Support internal and external audit activities

• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and compliance teams

• Document processes and update work instructions as required

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

**Availability to work on shifts 24x7

Reporting & Quality

• Track and report operational KPIs

• Support root cause analysis for recurring issues

• Ensure adherence to global trade compliance requirements and internal controls

Future Implementation Exposure (Development Path)

• Support testing activities for SAP GTS enhancements and projects

• Assist in documenting business requirements and process flows

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Support data migration and validation activities

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

• You’ll successfully take part in implementation and long-term support of SAP systems
• You’ll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field

• Basic understanding of international trade or willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

• Good communication skills in English
