The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Mule Soft Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining Mule Soft applications and integrations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our integration solutions, providing technical support, and collaborating with development teams to enhance our API management capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Mule Soft applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Mule Soft integrations, including analyzing logs and debugging applications.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design, development, and deployment.

• Monitor Mule Soft environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Mule Soft applications across various environments (development, testing, production).

• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective integration solutions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.

• Stay updated with the latest Mule Soft features, tools, and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities.

• Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience 6-8 Years of experience required in Mule Soft with Mule Soft Certified Developer or Architect certification.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Mule Soft development and support.

• Strong knowledge of Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, API Manager, and Cloud Hub.

• Proficiency in integration patterns, API design, and RESTful services.

• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging Mule Soft applications.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Mule Soft Certified Developer or Architect certification.

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic) for performance analysis.

• Understanding of security best practices for API management.
