: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a strong work ethic, and a passion for finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis

- Perform market research and industry analysis

- Assist in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations

- Support senior bankers in executing transactions

- Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather information and insights

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience – Accounting, Investment Banking, Strategy, Due diligence, Valuation

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA an advantage

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and financial modeling

- Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businesses

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

- Fluent English

- Highest level of ethics
