Join our Supply Chain & Operations team to lead transformative planning programs for global organizations. You will design and implement advanced planning solutions, drive performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to business development in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Your key responsibilities

Deliver Planning Transformation
Lead end-to-end planning projects (Demand, Supply, Production, S&OP/IBP) to optimize service levels, inventory, and productivity. -
Implement Advanced Planning Tools
Deploy and integrate leading platforms such as OMP, o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Aera, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact. -
Drive Performance Improvement
Execute major programs focused on OTIF, inventory optimization, and productivity gains, leveraging best practices and analytics. -
Apply Advanced Analytics
Use Python, optimization algorithms, and data science techniques to enhance planning accuracy and decision-making. -
Industry Expertise
Deliver solutions for pharma, consumer goods, and industrial products, adapting strategies to sector-specific challenges. -
Sales Engagement
Actively participate in the sales cycle, including proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building.
What we look for

Experience: 4–6+ years in consulting or project-based roles within supply chain planning and transformation.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with planning tools (OMP, o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Aera).

Analytics Capability: Strong skills in Python and optimization modeling.

Performance Focus: Proven track record in delivering measurable improvements in OTIF, inventory, and productivity.

Sales Orientation: Interest and ability to contribute to business development activities.

Communication: Excellent client-facing skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
