Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for a top-notch technology savvy individual willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. You will be part of our global team and you will participate in international projects. Additionally you will drive a team(s) of Data Engineers that supports various internal and external projects

Your key responsibilities

As a AI & Data Manager you will be responsible for designing of solutions’ architecture for organization in a cloud, together with driving your teams success.

• Interacting with specialists, product/project managers and partners from all over the world.

• Driving growth of your direct team and assuring its soft-skills and technical expertise development.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 7+ years of professional, hands-on experience building complex solution

• 3+ years working in an Architect role including: designing and building complex data solutions

• 3+ years experience with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud products and services

• 3+ years experience as leader and people manager, responsible for team(s)’ success and growth

• Understanding data fabric, data mesh, data vault

• Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions

• Experience in creating reliable solution plans in a cooperation with business and multi-disciplinary teams: costs estimation, delivery approaches

• Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues related to regulations, industry practice and new application technologies

• Experience in using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• English C1

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Hands-on, professional experience with BI/ETL/Big Data Technologies

• Strong understanding and experience with design techniques of relational databases and Big Data platforms

• Experience with data lakes with Databricks or Snowflake

• Experience with real-time data processing and data warehousing aggregation
