Senior Service Now Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now Developer with hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, custom application development, integrations, and platform engineering. The role requires strong exposure to Service Now AI capabilities including Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Service Now Now Assist (GenAI)

• Develop AI-powered workflows using Automation Engine and Predictive Intelligence

• Integrate external AI/ML services

• Support AI governance and model quality processes

• Develop modules, workflows, catalog items, and custom applications

• Build UI components, Service Portal, Widgets

• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB.

• Implement REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, integrations

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues

• Support upgrades and environment consistency

Technical Skills Required

• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripting, UI Policies/Actions

• Flow Designer & Workflow expertise

• Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine

• REST/SOAP integration testing using Postman/SOAP UI

Certifications

• Service Now CSA (Mandatory)

• CAD Preferred

• Micro-certifications in AI, Integration, Flow Designer

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in agile teams
