Senior Manager – Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT)

The opportunity

Join EY MENA’s Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) team as a Senior Manager. This leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering tax transformation and tax technology engagements across Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax and Accounting Compliance & Reporting. You will lead end-to-end workstreams spanning process redesign, data & analytics, solution architecture, AI enablement and change adoption.

Your key responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary workstreams from initiation through stabilization, driving governance, solution design, analytics delivery, e Invoicing transformation, AI-enabled use cases and change management. Coach teams, manage stakeholders and ensure high-quality outcomes across requirements, testing, deployment and adoption.

To qualify for the role

• Typically 12+ years of experience in tax transformation, tax technology, finance/compliance transformation or management consulting.
• Proven experience leading workstreams and teams on complex transformation programs.
• Strong capability with Alteryx, Tableau and SQL for analytics-led delivery.
• Experience with solution architecture alignment and software delivery lifecycle governance.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience delivering e Invoicing and digital tax reporting programs.
• Experience leading AI/GenAI-enabled business capabilities.
• Relevant tax, project/program management, architecture, data/AI or change management credentials.
