Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and analyze Talent Development initiatives within Success Factors (course creation, attendance tracking, employee registration lists, coordination with SSFF teams, etc.)

Design, develop, and maintain an engaging and user-friendly Talent Development Share Point site

Deliver trainings aligned with annual learning priorities
-
Manage the Talent Development Vendor Management process (SR and PO creation, payment tracking)
-
Drive innovative learning experiences that inspire continuous development
-
Analyze and monitor key Talent Development KPIs (training hours, attendance rates, feedback results, facilitator evaluations, etc.)
-
Execute communication strategies to ensure strong visibility, engagement, and participation in all initiatives

Collaborate with business stakeholders and work alongside business champions to drive adoption of learning programs

Support global Talent Development initiatives deployed across locations

Act as a Talent Ambassador
Skills and Attributes for Success:
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
· Strong stakeholder management skills with a client-focused mindset
· Solid MS Office skills — especially for building engaging presentations and conducting data analysis
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Ability to keep things organized, clear and easy to follow
· Agile / Change Management Knowledge (nice to have)
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Development or Learning
-
Analytical thinking and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
-
Advanced level of English (B2 or above)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
